I do all the things, think all the thoughts and say all the affirmations, but today, a crown by @magseadaisy was absolutely necessary.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it 😂 #tbt

If nothing changes, nothing changes. So that is why, it’s so important to nourish ourselves with novelty. ⁣
⁣
It can be a girls trip to the desert like I did a week ago or it can be taking a new route home, but it’s key to change up the routine- to get new perspectives, see unusual things, meet people you would normally meet. ⁣
⁣
The trip to @anzaborregodesertsp was a spontaneous and super quick 36 hour trip but helped me breakthrough my feeling of ‘being stuck.’ It’s no surprise that I was feeling stuck because I was just waking up, mediating, working out, working, eating some meals and watching Netflix. ⁣
⁣
Omg, no wonder I was feeling ugh. I needed some zig or some zag- something out of the ordinary to put some pep in my step. That kind of safe routine sounds good when I’m on the road for business and ready to get home but too much is just too much and I get itchy. I have this restless feeling like, “I need some action”!!! ⁣
⁣
And when I sprung for the @sistershipcircle conference ticket last minute, I met soooo many freaking amazing women. As we’ve been connecting on Facebook in the last few days, I realize we have NO common friends. I would not have met them unless I would have taken the chance on a new experience and said YES!!!⁣
⁣
In fact, YES is the theme of this post. Life is meant to be lived through experiences, not scrolling. ⁣
⁣
So, if you’re on the fence about going or both going, play thr story out.., you know what will happen if you say no and stay in to eat and watch the same ol’, same ol’, but you have no idea to what would happen if you just said YES so go for it, why not???⁣

Here’s to a week of new adventures!

Self doubt cannot exist in the presence of LOVE so fill yourself up with rich loving nourishment- emotions, activities, people, food, fun ⁣

You are a precious child of the universe- Whole, perfect and complete as you in this very moment. ❤️⁣
⁣
And if you’re still afraid of screwing up, just remember, as an adult, there are so many right answers, so just choose one and give it a go. ⁣
⁣
You can always switch directions of it doesn’t work out. 👉🏼👆🏻👇🏽👈🏽⁣

I met some amazing women at the @sistershipcircle Retreat this weekend. One special woman had just filed for divorce from her husband of 35 years, but through her sadness, her spirit was so strong and hopeful. It reminded me of this picture when I decided to leave my marriage that I thought would be forever.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
It just wasn’t working. I wasn't happy. I didn't know who I was. I didn't value, much less love myself, and was in a marriage that was killing me. We were killing each other. Although I felt broken, frail and devastated, it was trumped by radiant optimism and clarity that I was in the right path.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
On October 15, 2015, I left with the hope that I would thrive, heal and possibly set the world on fire 🔥and I'm getting there ☺️ ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I'm so grateful I chose me. I had to stopped searching outside of myself and find the love I’d been looking for. It was inside me all along.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Thank goodness for reflection, second chances and new beginnings. I look back not to dwell but to have reverence for where I've been and celebrate where I am now. 🎉💥👌🏼🎊 ⁣⁣⁣

Thanks to all my angels for their support because I am stronger than ever. More single than ever but that’s another post;) ⁣⁣⁣

If you’re going through it, hang tight and believe. The only way out is through. You’ll get there. I did. #selfloveisthebestlove
