USABILITY TESTING

Led usability research, designing, conducting and delivery final report of testing for the Apple support application. I uncovered the user’s threshold for giving feedback after a customer support experience.

Led brand strategy to guide and inspire creative development of Olay's #FaceAnything movement. This campaign encourages women to be unapologetically bold, true to themselves and features women who protested being called “too much”.
